Frequently Asked Questions

Got Questions?

We Have Answers

Find answers to the most common questions about our tours, bookings, and travel to Victoria Falls.

What is the best time to visit Victoria Falls?

The best time to visit Victoria Falls depends on what you want to see. For the most dramatic water flow, visit between February and May (just after the rainy season). For the best views of the Falls themselves (less spray) and wildlife viewing, the dry season from June to October is ideal. The water levels are lower, allowing you to see the full height of the Falls and the rock face behind.

Do I need a visa to visit Victoria Falls?

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Many countries, including the US, UK, and most EU nations, can obtain a visa on arrival at Victoria Falls Airport or the border posts. We recommend checking with the Zimbabwean embassy or consulate in your country before you travel. For day trips to Botswana (Chobe), a separate visa may be required. Our team can advise you based on your passport.

What is your booking and cancellation policy?

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The full balance is due 30 days before your tour start date. Cancellations made 31+ days before the tour receive a full refund minus a 5% administration fee. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

What should I pack for my safari?

We recommend packing light, neutral-colored clothing (beige, khaki, green) for game drives. Essential items include: a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, high-SPF sunscreen, insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for early mornings, a camera with extra batteries, and binoculars. During the rainy season (Nov-Mar), a waterproof jacket is advisable.

Is it safe to travel to Victoria Falls?

Yes, Victoria Falls is a very safe and welcoming destination for tourists. The town is small and tourist-friendly. As with any travel, it's wise to take standard precautions: be aware of your surroundings, keep valuables secure, and avoid walking alone late at night. Our guides are experienced professionals who prioritize your safety at all times.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! Please inform us of any dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, etc.) at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs for all included meals.

Are your tours suitable for children?

Yes, we welcome families! Many of our tours are suitable for children. The "Victoria Falls Bliss" and "Cultural Expedition" are particularly family-friendly. For activities like bungee jumping or white-water rafting, there are age and health restrictions. Please contact us to discuss the best options for your family.

What currencies do you accept for payment?

For online bookings, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via our secure payment gateway. Prices are displayed in USD, EUR, GBP, and CNY for your convenience. On the ground in Victoria Falls, the primary currency is the US Dollar, though some establishments may accept other major currencies.

How do I book a tour with you?

Booking is easy! You can click the "Book Now" button on any of our tour cards, fill out the form, and proceed with our simulated payment (or real payment via our integrated gateway). Alternatively, you can contact us directly via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form, and we will assist you personally.
